De functie
Lead research and development of LLM-based algorithms in the Code AI domain, focusing on multimodal and multilingual understanding.
Improve the multimodal perception encoder with adaptive frame rates and integration of audio and user behavior signals.
Design and evaluate foundation models with pretraining, SFT, RLHF, and code-centric tasks such as code understanding, generation, static analysis, and program repair.
Fuse perception and thinking to enhance cognitive capabilities, driving hypothesis-driven experimentation and reproducibility.
Collaborate on performance engineering, latency/cost optimization, and publish findings in top venues.
Requirements: Master’s or PhD; strong Python and C++; hands-on experience in LLM training/adaptation, code intelligence, or agentic systems.
