De functie
Communicate with clients, forwarders, agents, and customs to provide shipment status.
Ensure all documents meet customs requirements to avoid mistakes and fines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure shipments move in and out in an organized, timely manner.
Arrange pickup and delivery, trace shipments, and provide status updates to customers and vendors.
Monitor service performance of forwarders, brokers, and carriers, and implement corrective actions; prepare freight cost budgets and trend reports for management.
Organize transportation activities, review freight rates and invoices, and support ad hoc logistics projects.
