De functie
Manage and grow relationships with high-value regional Pro customers, including contractors and builders, to drive sales and retention.
Conduct regular jobsite consultations and on-site visits, and participate in trade shows to deepen engagement.
Provide customized product recommendations and service solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Leverage cold calling, market research, lead follow-up, and CRM insights to expand the customer base.
Develop customer-specific sales plans and align with district and regional teams to ensure service quality and seamless fulfillment.
Maintain 10+ planned customer visits per week, track performance and opportunities, and report findings to internal stakeholders.
