De functie
Set and execute a long-term strategic vision to grow the audience and reach of The Glass House podcast.
Develop innovative strategies to engage listeners, build communities across platforms, and raise awareness of the show.
Oversee the social media and communications strategy for the organization’s president.
Create comprehensive marketing plans and measure the effectiveness of each initiative, presenting results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on content development, video production, digital media, live events, and campaigns.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years in brand management or PR, advanced writing and storytelling, and willingness to travel; hybrid remote role in the greater Nashville area.
