De functie
Responsible for outbound sourcing, activation, and enablement of strategic hunt partners, including marketing agencies and systems integrators, to drive growth.
Collaborate with Marketing, Enterprise Partner Account Managers, and Enterprise Account Executives to map, onboard, and activate high-potential partners.
Research and vet new target agencies to establish partners with ideal employee count, client type, and platform alliances.
Develop outreach messaging and perform A/B testing to maximize meetings and partner activation; educate partners on the partner program and available enablement resources.
Surface key new business opportunities during activation and manage the handoff to Enterprise Partner Account Managers and Enterprise Account Executives for ongoing growth.
Travel up to 25% as needed; thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
