De functie
Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud-based computation platforms for R&D data science and bioinformatics workflows.
Own the full lifecycle of data science and bioinformatics applications, from design and testing to deployment and ongoing support.
Develop user-centric cloud platform solutions that balance researcher freedom with security, governance, and compliance.
Collaborate with scientists to evaluate tools, optimize resources, and reduce technical debt while enabling rapid research.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Azure/AWS tooling, with strong observability.
Requires 5+ years of Linux/HPC, cloud experience, scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell), and excellent cross-functional communication.
