Industrial Engineer – Calne

An experienced engineer is sought to provide support across manufacturing, overhaul, testing, fault finding and new product introduction, serving as a key link between engineering and operations. The role involves advanced fault diagnosis in electrical, refrigeration and HVAC systems, developing test procedures and technical documentation, and supporting product validation activities. The engineer will set up production cells, optimise processes and support product trials, testing and validation. Reading electrical schematics and interpreting PLC data are essential, along with electrical wiring and panel assembly skills. The position also entails mentoring personnel, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and developing test equipment. This role offers varied technical challenges in a manufacturing environment, with prospects to move into a permanent position within the engineering field.
