Industrial Engineer - Supplier Development Tiger Team

As a core member of the Supplier Development Tiger Team, the Industrial Engineer will assess supplier production environments, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable improvement plans with clear milestones. Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping to optimize workflows and stabilize production systems. Standardize work instructions, implement visual management, and establish performance dashboards to drive repeatability and transparency. Partner with supplier quality, engineering, and operations to reduce defects, improve first-pass yield, and monitor KPIs. Support manufacturing readiness for joint ventures in Mexico and Vietnam by evaluating tooling, fixtures, process control, and validation activities. Deliver structured reports and risk mitigation updates to leadership, aligning supplier capabilities with product requirements and driving measurable performance gains.
