De functie
Lead and contribute to cutting-edge AI research focused on embedding models and rerankers for accurate retrieval from unstructured data.
Design and conduct rigorous empirical studies to validate advances in language and visual understanding.
Collaborate with the inference engineering team to deploy best-in-class models into production with real-world impact.
Work closely with fellow researchers and engineers across the lifecycle—from experimentation to deployment.
Develop end-to-end AI systems, including model training, evaluation, and integration into data platforms.
Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Computer Science and demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
