De functie
Lead the design and implementation of new features and systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. Build high-performance APIs that integrate with both documented and undocumented banking interfaces. Co-develop integrations and features side-by-side with GenAI agents to dramatically increase speed-to-market and code quality. Operate in a true DevOps model—owning build, deploy, and maintenance responsibilities in the cloud. Continuously experiment with Generative AI models and tools to innovate production solutions. Drive a rapid feature cadence with end-to-end accountability, while mentoring engineers and promoting an AI-first engineering culture.
