The role involves managing employee relations cases, assisting with HR projects, and delivering engaging onboarding programmes. Proficiency in HR systems, policy development, and stakeholder relationship building is essential. The position requires a proactive approach, adaptability, and excellent communication skills within a fast-paced environment. The role is based in Manchester with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
