De functie
Lead the development and execution of a global influencer marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and drive business growth.
Manage end-to-end influencer relationships, including sourcing, contracts, content direction, and performance expectations.
Collaborate with Community, Social Media, and Paid Media teams to deliver cohesive, cross-channel campaigns.
Oversee budgets for influencer programs and external partnerships while ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
Design and run influencer content programs for owned channels (YouTube, TikTok) and oversee the ambassador program.
Scout new talent, onboard creators, monitor campaign performance, and stay ahead of trends to capitalize on opportunities.
