De functie
Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives in ads optimization, including audience and identity, forecasting, core ad ranking, auction/marketplace design, pricing, and yield optimization.
Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization techniques to product problems that impact both user experience and monetization.
Autonomously identify high-impact research areas, prioritize work, and build scalable experiments with clear success metrics.
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, design, and research teams to deploy models and data products at scale.
Deliver well-documented datasets, tools, and dashboards to align technical and business stakeholders, and communicate insights clearly.
Demonstrate strong product intuition and ability to drive business decisions through analytics, experimentation, and causal inference.
