De functie
As a Finance Coordinator in RTR Core Accounting, you’ll support content acquisition finance activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Raise programme purchase orders, manage receipting, and verify invoices against contracts and supporting documentation.
Cross-check, approve, and release invoices for payment, liaising with external producers and internal stakeholders.
Handle high volumes of finance queries, investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive timely resolutions.
Support month-end and year-end close, maintain ERP and stock systems, and collaborate with P2P, Business Affairs, Scheduling and Legal.
Ideal for a proactive Accounts Payable professional who thrives under pressure, embraces process improvement, and works well in a team.
