De functie
A part-time HR Manager role is available in Bolton, supporting a team of around 90 employees by managing the full employee lifecycle and advising on HR matters. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a generalist HR role, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include supporting managers with employee relations, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring legal and procedural compliance. The role requires a professional, discreet approach, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Experience supporting a larger workforce and professional HR certifications are desirable, but not essential. This position involves in-person work, offering flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate.
