De functie
You will own the design, development, and evaluation of ranking features to improve relevance in a search-based Q&A platform for enterprise users.
Craft and optimize ranking features, and build an algorithm framework to support diversified ranking approaches.
Design tooling to enable parallel ranking experiments and scalable experimentation pipelines.
Develop robust metrics and dashboards to evaluate ranking performance and guide product decisions.
Analyze query logs, extract actionable insights, and address challenges such as lexical gaps, semantic understanding, and data sparsity.
Collaborate with product, UX, customer success, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions and drive measurable improvements.
