De functie
Plan, coordinate, and execute events and programs from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage all event logistics including timelines, venues, vendors, contracts, budgets, and on-site execution. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders with proactive follow-up and clear communication. Draft, review, and manage event contracts and agreements; track details to meet deadlines and deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation; support creative concepts while upholding structure. Manage multiple events concurrently with high accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
