The role involves leading HR functions across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive organisational culture. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, staff retention initiatives, and ensure adherence to CQC standards. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and Home Office Sponsorship procedures are essential. The position requires CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience, along with proven senior HR experience in regulated environments. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are vital for driving strategic change and managing teams effectively.
