De functie
The Digital Marketing Specialist drives day-to-day digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and optimize campaign performance, with a primary focus on social media and paid advertising.
Builds, launches, and optimizes campaigns; coordinates with internal stakeholders and external media vendors to ensure timely execution and efficiency.
Collaborates with field teams to manage access to local social pages and publish content that aligns with brand standards and governance requirements.
Leads paid social media execution, including budget oversight, audience targeting, campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and conversion tracking.
Supports broader paid media strategy and contributes to performance reporting and data-driven optimization recommendations for executive-level reviews.
Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical mindset, and communication skills, with 4+ years of digital marketing experience and related certifications preferred.
