Senior Accountant – Barnstable

The Senior Accountant supports daily accounting operations and general ledger activities, including complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and the closing processes at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end. This role requires an independent worker with sound judgment on complex accounting issues and technical accounting research experience. It involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and assisting in audit processes. The role also encompasses process improvements, internal control enhancements, and implementation of new accounting standards. Candidates should have extensive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite. A full-time, hybrid working model applies for this position, reporting to the Director of Finance.
