De functie
Join the Estates Team as a Building Maintenance Technician, delivering a full range of maintenance services across the site.
Contribute to smooth facilities operations with hands-on repair, installation and preventative maintenance.
Utilize hand tools, power tools and machine tools to carry out tasks across maintenance, repairs and installations.
Work autonomously with initiative while collaborating with a dedicated team to manage a varied and dynamic workload.
Full-time 37 hours per week, all year round; part-time hours may be considered.
Salary scales from £25,159 to £32,199 depending on experience, with potential for progression.
