De functie
Drives optimization of manufacturing and distribution operations to ensure cost-effective, timely delivery of goods.
Analyzes current processes, designs improved layouts, and implements changes using labor standards, time studies, and continuous improvement methods.
Develops and maintains labor standards, monitors KPIs, and translates data into actionable insights for management.
Partners with Operations, IT, and Engineering to identify automation opportunities and execute projects with cross-functional teams.
Creates and trains standard work instructions, reviews process changes for operational impact and cost, and ensures timely implementation.
Supports safety and ergonomic initiatives and aligns with pre-production safety reviews and other cross-functional improvement efforts.
