De functie
The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising vacancies, candidate experience, and liaising with hiring managers. The successful candidate will conduct pre-employment checks, administer HR systems, and assist with employee relations and HR administration. Strong organisational skills, IT competence, and HR qualifications such as CIPD are essential. The role requires at least three years' experience in human resources. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Liverpool, within the construction and renewable heating sector.
