De functie
Lead the design and development of a scalable IoT backend platform powering large fleets of connected devices and enterprise integrations.
Architect and scale IoT platforms and telemetry pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
Build and optimize device communication using MQTT, CoAP, and REST within a microservices environment using Node.js and TypeScript.
Integrate with Azure IoT Hub and Device Provisioning Service (DPS) and implement end-to-end observability with Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and provide technical guidance in an Agile/Scrum setting using Jira and Bitbucket.
Requirements: 10-15+ years backend experience; IoT platform experience; solid knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT/CoAP/HTTP); Azure IoT Hub/DPS; TypeScript/Node.js/REST; distributed systems design; experience with distributed/offshore teams.
