De functie
Lead BI and analytics initiatives by collaborating with data engineers and visualization specialists to build robust reporting capabilities.
Define the strategic direction of analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Mentor junior team members and interns, promoting best practices in data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse design.
Design high-level logical and physical data models and oversee ETL processes and data integration across the stack.
Review and participate in testing of data designs, tools, data extracts, networks, and hardware choices to ensure quality and reliability.
Operate in an Agile environment, delivering insights using Azure, Power BI, Python/R, and location-based analytics.
