De functie
Lead and develop a high-performing team of bookkeepers and staff delivering accurate HOA financial services.
Oversee daily operations to prepare and maintain client financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, bank reconciliations, general ledger reports, cash disbursements, and cash flow statements for 550+ clients.
Foster strong banking relationships, ensure timely reporting, and uphold internal controls and fraud prevention.
Drive service excellence with proactive communication, exceptional customer service, and on-time delivery of all financial deliverables.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development to staff, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance.
Requires 8-10 years of leadership in financial services or related fields, plus a bachelor's degree in accounting; on-site at the San Antonio office; commute required.
