Maintaining communication with customers, drivers, and warehouse partners is essential, along with handling shipment documentation such as BOL and customs release. The position requires proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and fluency in English; Mandarin is an asset. A background in logistics, freight forwarding, or trucking, with 1-2 years of experience, is preferred.
