The Market Director of Business Development oversees the business development process to ensure census and revenue targets are met across multiple locations.
Develops and coordinates strategies to identify and engage referral sources while maintaining ongoing positive relationships.
Monitors community trends and competitive activity to inform programming needs and market scope.
Creates and analyzes metrics and reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness; develops annual budgets and marketing expenditures.
Hires, trains, and manages business development staff, establishing accountability and driving performance.
Collaborates with operations and assessment teams on data collection, follow-up, call quality, and ensuring marketing materials meet quality standards.
