De functie
The HR Manager will oversee payroll administration and general HR operations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include payroll processing, timekeeping, tax withholdings, garnishments, and benefits administration.
Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and development of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare 401(k) reporting, ACA compliance, FMLA documentation, and multi-state compliance tasks.
Support staffing through recruiting, testing, interviewing, and exit processes; analyze data for management reporting.
Required: 8+ years in payroll with strong analytical, communication, confidentiality, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
