De functie
Own and manage a dedicated large commercial accounts portfolio within a leading brokerage.
Oversee daily service operations for Real Estate portfolios, focusing on renewals, data gathering, and risk assessment.
Identify rounding and cross-selling opportunities, coordinating with marketing teams or carriers to secure quotes and policies.
Prepare and submit applications, track renewal and expiration procedures, and monitor account actions.
Lead client meetings, deliver renewal presentations, and evaluate cancellation requests per agency guidelines.
Requires New Jersey Property & Casualty license, 10 to 15 years of experience with large commercial accounts, and staff supervision; strong knowledge of commercial lines and risk management.
