Own and drive a 3–5 year branded innovation pipeline aligned to long-term growth.
Identify opportunities through consumer insight, trends, category data, and competitor analysis.
Lead projects from ideation to market, building commercial cases and ensuring on-time delivery.
Define target consumers, brand positioning, and propositions across flavour, format, packaging, and usage occasions.
Shape channel-specific strategies across Retail, Convenience, OOH, International, and D2C while monitoring market shifts.
Collaborate with R&D, NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure feasibility and flawless execution.
