De functie
Lead Gen AI and ML engagements for federal clients, guiding use-case scoping, data exploration, model development, and deployment.
Design and implement state-of-the-art AI systems including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
Create augmented real-world datasets and comprehensive evaluation pipelines to ensure model reliability and stakeholder trust.
Forge relationships with leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful AI projects and informed product roadmap feedback.
Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to map customer needs to capabilities and contribute to internal tooling and best practices.
Lead knowledge transfer through enablement workshops and serve as the customer voice for feedback on AI paradigms and workflows.
