Big Data Solutions Architect (Professional Services)

As a Resident Solutions Architect in Professional Services, you will lead short- to medium-term customer engagements addressing big data challenges on a leading data and AI platform. You will design and build reference architectures, create how-to guides, and productionalize customer use cases to maximize value. You will guide strategic customers through transformational data initiatives, including end-to-end design, build, and deployment, as well as third-party migrations. You will provide architecture and design consulting, bootstrap or implement customer projects, and escalate or resolve operational issues as needed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets customer needs and provide product feedback for rapid issue resolution. Required: 6+ years in data engineering and analytics, proficiency in Python or Scala, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), Apache Spark, CI/CD, and MLOps, with the ability to travel up to 30%.
