Provide high-quality HR administration, ensuring documentation, processes, and records are accurate and compliant.
Support pre-employment checks, onboarding, offboarding and employee records management.
Ensure legal, regulatory, and policy compliance across HR documentation and processes.
Manage HR inbox queries with timely, customer-focused responses to employees and line managers.
Maintain HR data and deliver compliant, accurate entries on HR systems.
Support HR casework administration, including scheduling meetings and note-taking; promote equality, diversity, and inclusion; work independently within a collaborative team.
