De functie
The Senior HR Manager serves as a strategic HR partner to leaders across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics, guiding workforce strategies that align with business goals.
They directly lead a team of six People Operations Partners responsible for HR operations, employee relations, and manager support across multiple sites.
Acts as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk employee relations matters, directing investigations and corrective actions with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
Drives workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management, using data and KPIs to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
Supports leadership development, succession planning, and ongoing talent development for frontline and supervisory levels; ensures consistent HR practices across sites.
Works in a hybrid model from the Bronx headquarters, with periodic travel to other locations and a hands-on approach to safety, policy adherence, and regulatory alignment.
