Software & ML Engineering Manager - New Products

Lead a growing SWE/ML team to build end-to-end anomaly detection and incident workflows for large fleets. Drive a clear product roadmap from ambiguous bets to customer value, delivering scalable, secure solutions. Build scalable systems that analyze large-scale telematics data to detect anomalies across fleets, not just per-vehicle issues. Deliver end-to-end security and incident workflows—from detection through investigation to resolution—at scale. Guide the team in applying ML and modern AI techniques, including LLMs where they add value, to create differentiated capabilities. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Firmware, and Data Science to ensure cohesive experiences and maintain engineering excellence and customer focus.
