De functie
Lead strategic direction for communications of the firm’s financial earnings and business results to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with firm-wide strategy and goals.
Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and align with Talent & Culture, Legal, Risk Management, Technology, and other groups to drive transformation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO, CFO, and BPG leaders, providing messaging guidance on financial performance and operational change.
Create a wide range of communications materials, including executive talking points, video scripts, Board and Management Committee presentations, thought leadership, social media, and internal content.
Build and maintain relationships with financial media outlets, identifying moments for amplification on topics like AI-driven operations, transformation, and workforce evolution.
Establish and oversee best-practice systems for measuring KPIs, ensuring legal/regulatory compliance, coaching the team to operate in a high-performing culture, and driving broader firm strategy.
