De functie
As a Data Scientist, you will join the Platform team building capabilities to power the Octavia platform and support vaccine design.
You will partner with wet-lab scientists and the broader computational team to translate high-throughput immune landscapes into actionable insights and features for antigen design.
The role involves designing and executing high-throughput sequencing analysis pipelines and interpreting results for program teams.
You will develop predictive modeling approaches to assess antigen escape and contribute to the next generation of variant-resilient vaccines.
Expect to engineer data features, integrate diverse data sources, and build user-friendly visualizations and dashboards.
Strong emphasis on reproducible data science, software engineering practices, and collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.
