De functie
Lead onboarding for researchers, ensuring a smooth transition onto the data ecosystem and analytical platform.
Translate client hypotheses into actionable workflows, designing queries and guiding analyses of genomic, clinical, and imaging data.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to optimize the platform and improve the client experience.
Develop high-quality documentation, tutorials, and training materials for researchers.
Advocate for the client, collecting feedback to prioritize features and resolve technical challenges.
Bring an advanced scientific background and hands-on experience with large biomedical datasets, with fluency in R and knowledge of Python/SQL and cloud environments.
