Social Hotspot seeks a Video Content Strategist in Manchester to manage content creation and strategy for social channels and YouTube. The role involves filming on-site, editing or directing edits, and planning paid ad campaigns. The position begins part-time, scaling to full-time, and offers hands-on collaboration with the founder. It focuses on creating in-house content aligned with growth objectives, not client-facing production. The role requires proactive ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
