De functie

A ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation test frameworks and suites to ensure high-quality software releases. They collaborate with team members to develop automated tests covering performance, UI, API, accessibility, and compatibility testing types, while analysing execution results and bugs. Candidates are expected to write automated scripts using Typescript or JavaScript, with experience in Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium frameworks. Maintaining testing documentation, monitoring frameworks, and enhancing QA practices are also key duties. The role requires strong testing background in ServiceNow and relevant technical skills, supporting continuous improvement in testing methodologies and software quality.
