De functie
As a Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist, you will own financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounting functions.
Key duties include managing sales tax returns, accounts payable, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
You will reconcile subsidiary accounts and the general ledger, prepare trial balances, and perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
Oversee accounts payable workflows using Bill.com, maintain the chart of accounts, and organize supporting documents for audit-ready records.
Produce clear, comprehensive financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data and trends, and support special projects as needed.
Ideal candidates have accounting coursework, proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Bill.com, strong cash flow analysis, and exceptional attention to detail.
