De functie
The role involves providing specialist physiotherapy services within community rehabilitation across various locations in Belfast. The post holder is responsible for assessing patients, planning and delivering tailored physiotherapy interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and wellbeing.
