Lead and manage data science initiatives focused on the UK BNPL risk portfolio, shaping scalable and responsible credit strategies.
Develop and maintain predictive models, scoring, and reporting to support underwriting and risk decision-making.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, and actionable insights that drive product and risk improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs, ensure data quality, and translate findings into business actions.
Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of learning, while communicating results clearly to stakeholders.
Measure the P&L impact of credit strategies, monitor performance, and optimize risk-revenue trade-offs across the lifecycle.
