De functie
Prepare and review journal entries in accordance with established procedures and ensure proper coding and authorization.
Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts, including month-end close and financial reporting schedules.
Review disbursements, vendor payment requests, wires, and T&E to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and budget alignment.
Examine supporting legal documents and program agreements to confirm accurate accounting treatment.
Coordinate data requests for internal and external auditors and assist with special accounting projects.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
