De functie
The HR Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport will oversee all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local employment laws. The role involves managing payroll, organising onboarding, and supporting succession planning while building strong relationships across all levels of the hotel team. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, effective communication skills, and a strategic approach to people management. They should be organised, reliable, and adaptable, with a passion for hospitality and development of staff. Technical skills required include HRIS systems, employment law, and payroll management. This position reports to the General Manager and aims to strengthen the hotel’s employment practices and organisational culture.
