De functie
Lead the brand's Influencer and Ambassador Programs, shaping strategy and executing creative campaigns across social platforms.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top creators; drive outreach, negotiations, and contract-related documentation.
Develop and repurpose influencer content and UGC for marketing materials; align campaigns with brand voice and launches.
Collaborate on multi-platform social programs, create original content, and manage assets, calendars, and approvals.
Apply an ROI-driven approach, analyze performance, report on influencer collaborations, and optimize future activations.
Must be based in the greater Phoenix area and able to commute to Tempe; strong communication and project-management skills required.
