Lead a specialty sales team across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, and Electronics to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Drive total store sales and profitability by planning merchandising, pricing, promotions, and staffing aligned to business priorities.
Recruit, coach, and develop hourly team members and Team Leaders to build a guest-first culture.
Plan schedules and manage merchandising workload, backroom organization, replenishment, and product presentation to ensure availability and easy shopping.
Monitor market trends, guest feedback, and performance metrics to adapt strategies and stay the destination of choice.
Maintain compliance, safety, and ethical standards while working a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
