De functie
The role involves providing strategic legal advice on employment law and compliance, supporting HR and business units on employment-related issues, managing employment litigation and administrative proceedings, and reviewing commercial agreements. Candidates should have a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to the Massachusetts bar, with a minimum of seven years' employment law experience, ideally in-house. Practical, business-minded legal advice and excellent negotiation skills are essential. The position requires supporting enterprise-wide legal compliance programmes and mentoring junior staff in a corporate environment. The role is based in Marlborough, with hybrid working arrangements, consulting on employment law, commercial matters and legal compliance. The successful applicant will collaborate with diverse teams providing timely legal support and risk management in a dynamic environment.
