The role
Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce Data Cloud pipelines to build a unified customer profile with high-quality identity resolution.
Design and tune deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution rules and enable privacy-safe activation across Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Advertising, and Commerce.
Establish data governance, consent modeling, and GDPR/CCPA controls across ingestion, storage, and activation.
Develop ETL/ELT processes, streaming data workflows (Kafka/Kinesis), APIs, and microservices with robust CI/CD and data quality checks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business use cases into data models and event-driven activations; mentor junior engineers.
Maintain thorough documentation and stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud advancements, contributing to architectural governance and best practices.
